Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 11 July 2026

These terms and conditions apply whenever you use this website or book a repair with The Mobile Hub. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the terms set out below.

About us

The Mobile Hub is based at 389 Wimborne Rd, Bournemouth BH9 2AQ, United Kingdom. You can contact us on +44 7300 015255

Our services

We provide repair services for phones, tablets, laptops, MacBooks and other electronic devices, including screen replacement, battery replacement, back glass replacement and water damage repair. Before starting any work, we’ll give you a price based on the fault you’ve described, though the final cost may change if we find additional issues once we open the device — we’ll always contact you before carrying out any extra work.

Booking and appointments

You can book a repair through our online appointment form, by phone, or by walking into one of our locations. We’ll do our best to keep to the time you’ve booked, but repair times are estimates rather than guarantees, as some issues take longer to diagnose or fix than expected.

Your device and your data

Please back up any important data before handing your device over for repair. While we take care with every device, we’re not responsible for any data loss that happens during the repair process. If your device is protected by a passcode, PIN or password, we may ask you to remove this or provide it, so we can properly test the repair before you collect your device.

Parts and repairs

We use genuine or premium-grade replacement parts wherever possible. Where genuine parts aren’t available, we use high-quality compatible parts instead, and all repairs are carried out by trained technicians.

Warranty

All repairs carried out by The Mobile Hub are covered by a 60-day warranty. This warranty covers the specific repair we carried out and doesn’t cover unrelated faults, accidental damage, or water damage that occurs after collection. The warranty is void if the device has been opened, tampered with, or repaired by someone else after leaving our care.

Payment

Payment is due when you collect your repaired device, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in advance. We accept cash, card and contactless payments. We may hold your device until payment has been made in full.

Collecting your device

Please collect your device as soon as your repair is complete. If a device isn’t collected within 90 days of us contacting you to say it’s ready, we may charge a reasonable storage fee, or treat the device as abandoned and dispose of or recycle it.

Cancellations

You can cancel a booked appointment at any time before we begin work on your device, at no charge. If you booked your repair online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to begin work sooner than this, you’re agreeing to waive this cancellation period once the repair has started.

Our liability

We take reasonable care of every device while it’s in our possession, but we’re not responsible for pre-existing damage, cosmetic wear, or faults unrelated to the repair we carried out. We’re not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from a repair. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version, as published on this page, is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
